Peak Rehabilitation
Hill Valley supported communities are proud to offer Peak Rehab. This rehabilitation program provides comprehensive in-patient rehab with a goal of get our patients back on their feet and back home as quickly as possible. We accomplish this through a combination of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and 24-hour nursing care, directed by physicians.
Serenity Memory Care

Thrive Dialysis
Two Hill Valley supported communities have partnered with DaVita Kidney Care to offer Thrive On-Site Dialysis. Highland Ridge Rehab Center in Dublin, VA and Guggenheimer Health & Rehab in Lynchburg, VA, bring clinical excellence and patient convenience to the forefront by providing on-site Dialysis Care for patients and residents with kidney complications. This not only minimizes disruptions from travel to off-site clinics but also significantly reduces hospital readmissions.
Rhythms Pulmonary Care
Two Hill Valley supported communities have partnered with local pulmonologists and other medical leaders to offer Rhythms Pulmonary Care. TLC Care Center in Henderson, NV and Lynn Care Center in Front Royal, VA both offer on-site ventilator care services – making them the destinations of choice for patients needing pulmonary care and rehabilitation.
Senior Living
Several Hill Valley supported communities in Illinois, Tennessee and Virginia provide comfortable Assisted and Independent Living. Their senior living programs provide extra care and support for those who may no longer be safe to live at home alone but still want to maintain independence. Residents live in their own apartments as independently as possible through the supportive services of dedicated staff, your physician, family, and friends.
