Rehabilitation
Our short-term rehabilitation programs provide comprehensive in-patient rehab with a goal of get our patients back on their feet and back home as quickly as possible. We accomplish this through a combination of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and 24-hour nursing care, directed by physicians.

Our Serenity Memory Care Program is rooted in the idea that creating calmness creates clarity for meaningful moments. Each of our comfortable communities are thoughtfully designed to help you be your best self, regardless of your memory impairment. We believe daily routines create harmony and security. Working together, we use holistic approaches to help you stay healthy while safely enjoying your life.
Senior Living
Our senior living programs provide extra care and support for those who may no longer be safe to live at home alone but still want to maintain independence. You’ll reside in your own apartment and live as independently as possible through the supportive services of our staff, your physician, family, and friends.
